DAY – 3 JAIPUR
In the morning leave for Jaipur (265 km / 6 hrs)- the pink city Arrive
Jaipur and check – in at Hotel, A luxury resort steeped in the romance of
Jaipur’s opulent heritage, Hotel is a revival of gracious living in the
princely style of Rajasthan, rest of the day free for leisure, overnight
at the hotel.
DAY – 4
JAIPUR
After breakfast tour of Amber Fort.
Tour of the
impressive Amber Fort, situated on a ridge just outside Jaipur City. At
the foot of the hill you will mount your caparisoned elephant for the slow
but steady climb up to the main gate, making your entrance in the time
honored fashion. The Fort, completed in the early 18th century, took over
100 years to build and now, although deserted, offers a fascinating
insight into the lifestyle of the Moghul ruling families.
Visit City Palace -
Museums of precious and semi - precious stones, Typical Rajasthani
handicrafts. Late evening proceed to Chokhi Dhani - A five star ethnic
village resort (17Kms from Jaipur) for traditional Rajasthani Food served
in traditional manner (Cost effective too). Enjoy folk Dances, fire
dances, Music, Camel Ride and various other arts being performed by
various artisans free of cost. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY – 5 JAIPUR
– SHEKHAWATI
In the morning travel be road to Shekhawati.Shekawati, as region is known
for its exquisite frescoes that adorn the walls and ceilings of the
buildings. There is no other region anywhere in the world that has such a
large concentration of frescoes. On the way to Jhunjhunu, we will take a
short break at Sikar.Founded in the late 17th century, the town
of Sikar has good examples of frescoes in the Gopinath Raghunath and the
Madan Mahal temples and the fort.
After lunch we will reach at Nawalgarh.There’s
a good selection of havelis, including the Aath Havelis, the Hem Raj
Kulwal Haveli, the Bhagtonki-Haveli and the Khedwal Bhavan.By evening we
will reach at Jhunjhnu.Overnight at hotel.
DAY – 6
Jhunjhunu - Bikaner
After breakfast tour of Khetri Mahal, a minor palace dating from around
1770.From the top, there are sensational views of the whole town. The
Bihariji Temple is from a similar period and contains some fine murals.
Then we will travel by road to Bikaner.On the way to Bikaner, we will take
a short break at Fatehpur.Some of the main havelis of interest are the
Mahavir Prasad Goenka Haveli,the Geori Shankar Haveli and the Nand Lal
Devra Haveli.Overnight stay at Bikaner.
DAY – 7
Bikaner
This desert town, with its superb fort, is located in the north of
Rajasthan and is becoming increasingly popular among travelers keen to
extract themselves from the tourist hype of Jaisalmer.
The important place in Bikaner includes Junagarh Fort and Lalgarh Palace.
Overnight stay at Bikaner.
DAY – 8
Bikaner – Jaisalmer
Breakfast at the hotel and later leave for Jaisalmer (333 km / 7 hrs).
Exploring the desert around Jaisalmer by camel safari is undoubtedly the
most evocative way to sample desert life. Check in at Hotel , dinner and
overnight stay.
DAY – 9
Jaisalmer
Day to explore Jaisalmer, rising from the Thar Desert like a golden
mirage is the city of Jaisalmer. The Fort - the golden hued fort is
a sentinel to the bleak Deserts cape from its 80 metre high perch on the
hill, housing the entire township within its ramparts. Akhaiya Pol, Ganesh
Pol, Suraj Pol and Hava Pol. Gadisar Lake Havelis -
some of the most exotic mansions or havelis, all intricately latticed, are
strewn all over Jaisalmer - each with a different facade.
Patwon-ki-haveli - the most elaborate and magnificent of all the
Jaisalmer havelis. It has exquisitely carved pillars and extensive
corridors and chambers. Salim Singh-Ki-Haveli -this 300-year-old
haveli of Jaisalmer. Overnight stay.
DAY – 10
Jaisalmer –
Chatrail
After sumptuous breakfast proceed on Camel back, visit on the way Bada
Bagh (Royal Cenotaphs). Mouthwatering delicacies await you in lunch at
Ramkunda. After lunch visit Ram temple. Proceed to campsite at Chatrail
before sunset. Over night stay at Camp at Chatrail Village.

Chatrail – Sam
After sumptuous breakfast, safari starts and reaches at lunch point after
3 hrs at Koni village. Mouthwatering delicacies in lunch, safari continues
to reach at Sam Sand Dunes to see the sunset. Overnight stay at Camp at
Sam.
DAY – 12
Sam - Amba
Ki Beori
After sumptuous breakfast, safari continues to reach at Sunderi-Ki-Tali.
Mouthwatering delicacies in lunch at Sundeari -Ki-Tali.
After lunch
start camel safari to reach at Ambi-Ki-Beori.Overnight stay at camp at
Amba Ki Beori.
DAY – 13
Amba Ki
Beori - Sam –
Jaisalmer
After sumptuous breakfast, short camel safari around the Sam Village.
Later drive to Jaisalmer by Jeep. Overnight stay at Jaisalmer.
DAY - 14
DELHI – ONWARD DESTINATION
Early morning leave for Jodhpur to board flight (1315 / 1435 hrs) for
Delhi, assistance on arrival and transfer to onward destination.
